Project Manager role is to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve project goals within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager ensures alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality standards, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and efficiency. WHAT WILL YOU DO?CQualificationsProject Planning and ControlCreation, updating, and monitoring of project structure, schedule, and milestone plansMonitoring project progress, schedule controlling, and preparing status reportsJoint planning and monitoring of project tasks with the responsible persons for work packages Risk ManagementCreation and maintenance of a risk registerLeading risk workshops as well as defining and tracking measures Resource ManagementCoordination of resource allocations with line managers and project participantsIdentification of bottlenecks and preparation of escalations Decision and Governance ProcessesPreparation and follow-up of decisions, including decision templates and protocolsMaintenance of the project governance structure, including organizing committees (e. g.
