Architectural Technician

About the Role: We are currently seeking a Contract Architectural Technician or Graduate who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing building consent documentation for residential housing projects using Revit. This role is suited to someone with a solid understanding of NZS 3604 and New Zealand Building Code compliance.

You’ll be working alongside our design team to translate concept designs into detailed and accurate documentation ready for council submission. Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality building consent documentation using RevitApply NZS 3604 and NZ Building Code knowledge to ensure complianceCoordinate documentation across architectural and structural elementsCommunicate with the internal team to refine and resolve design solutionsMeet deadlines and maintain high technical drawing standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
