Job Description

Activities:Ensure HSSE is correctly considered by NCOC (day-to-day activities and future developments)Oversee project and operational activities within OBO framework, focusing on strategic development, growth projects, and operational activities for the North Caspian Sea PSA (NCSPSA) Joint Venture NCOC.Key contributor of technical inputs to the Annual cycle of Budget, Closing Forecasts, reserves evaluation and business Plan (LTP)Participate in meetings with partner and/or authorities for non-operated assetsConduct a close assessment of technical, cost and planning aspects of Kashagan asset to ensure the alignment with our expectations and positions. Promote our technical position and recommendations and propose alternatives when requiredLiaison with NCOC and Headquarter project teams to follow-up on operational and project management activities and studiesSupport NCSPSA director in perform analysis of project value, prepare and coordinate internal approval process for project Final Investment DecisionEnsure the consistency of the technical assumptions for short-term and long-term production forecasts and sensitivity analyses on production profiles, provide support to the Reserves Manager in generating meaningful long-term production profiles.Represent TEEPK in various formal meetings organized by NCOC or partners (Shareholders Advisory Committee, other sub-committees and workshops).For studies carried out in the Head Office, he/she will contribute to master data gathering and the development of specifications, that he/she will develop together with Headquarters (study content, deliverables, planning and budget).As part of the assignment, the job holder will need to:Demonstrate his/her personal commitment to the Group’s HSE policySpecifically pay attention to CAPEX and contracts (ethics, termination or extension, local content), and budgetsThe work environment is mainly office-based with many meetings and committees as well as possible trips to Atyrau for following up specific meetings and site visitsAccountabilities:Provide technical assurance and follow-up of the NCSPSA Development activities.Key contributor to the major annual exercises: Business plan, Budget and Reserves evaluation (PRIME)Influence the Operator, and the other Partners, guiding the vision of TotalEnergies within the partnership to ensure that the Operator’s decisions are satisfactory for TotalEnergies.Qualifications/Experience required:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Engineer with strong technical background and knowledge of relevant technologies and methodologies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in English is mandatoryBehavioral skills required: Respect for each other, pioneer spirit, supporting each other, performance-minded, autonomy, respect of the client / customer relationship, curiosity and enthusiasm
