This is an exciting time to join a business which is growing at pace in a committed and highly experienced team.Key Accountabilities IncludeProject planning to ensure all required planning approvals and permits are in place;Budget management to achieve revenue /NCF/NAV targetsManagement of project delivery to time/cost/quality standards;Negotiating, preparing and managing contracts effectivelyStrong and pro-active stakeholder engagement and management;Management of Principal Contractors and consultantsManagement of project financial feasibilities accurately;Project risk management (financial and non-financial);Effective management of WHS&E risk and priorities;Compliance with external/internal regulatory and governance requirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:A Degree in property, civil engineering, planning, land economics or a related disciplineA proven track record in residential land, residential or LLC developmentExceptional financial and commercial acumenCritical thinking skillsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong stakeholder management, communication and engagement capabilityExcellent problem solving and analytical capabilityFeasibility modelling skills (Estate Master DM preferred) and Advanced ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be results driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
