This role will support the Head of Development in overseeing renewable energy projects, primarily solar, from early-stage concept through to commissioning. The Project Development Manager will play a key role in executing project development plans, managing project pipelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Your role will encompass:Support the Head of Development in implementing strategic plans for renewable energy project developmentAssist in managing and mentoring the development teamIdentify and evaluate new opportunities in the renewable energy sectorMonitor and report on the status of ongoing renewable projects to ensure timely deliveryParticipate in due diligence processes for M&A transactions, as requiredCoordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Legal departments to execute project development tasksReview planning documentation for new projects and liaise with planning consultants to ensure compliance and discharge conditionsSupport the grid team with planning and land-related issues for grid connection assetsPrepare regular project updates and reports for internal stakeholdersWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or related fields5–7 years of experience in renewable energy project developmentPrior experience in a project management or team leadership role is preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills in Croatian and EnglishFamiliar with geospatial and design tools including QGIS and AutoDesk applications (e.g., AutoCAD)Willingness to travel as needed for project development and stakeholder meetingsThis position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to advance in the renewable energy sector while reporting directly to the Head of Development and contributing to the company’s growth in the RES market.Share the same Value Based Behaviors:People & Personal growthResults orientation & Safety excellenceCollaboration & TrustEmpathy & Effective communicationFlexibility & AdaptabilityYour Benefits:Competitive remuneration packageMedical Insurance programFood vouchersMulti-Sport Card25 days annual leaveCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
