Our mission is to transform how developers, investors, and governments plan, evaluate, and optimize real-estate assets.UnlockLand’s AI Operating System integrates geospatial data, financial modelling, and regulatory intelligence to deliver instant feasibility studies and predictive analytics — helping cities and investors build smarter, more sustainable communities.The Regional Vice President (MENA) will lead UnlockLand’s business development, strategic partnerships, and government relations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider Middle East.This executive role combines regional growth leadership, investment strategy, and smart-city collaboration — ideal for a results-driven leader with deep experience in real estate, digital transformation, and large-scale development under Vision 2030.About the RoleThe Development Manager will play a key role in leading and executing UnlockLand’s real estate development initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. This role combines project management, feasibility analysis, and strategic partnership coordination — ideal for an analytical and proactive real-estate professional with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end development process, from site identification and feasibility assessment to project execution and delivery.Conduct financial modelling, market analysis, and zoning due diligence using UnlockLand’s AI-powered platform.Support strategic initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on smart-city, housing, and mixed-use development opportunities.Collaborate with government agencies, REITs, and private developers to facilitate partnerships and streamline approvals.Coordinate with UnlockLand’s AI, data, and design teams to localize platform features for Saudi regulations and regional planning needs.Prepare and present development proposals, financial justifications, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with REGA, municipal, and environmental regulations.Report to the Regional Development Director and contribute to the broader UnlockLand expansion roadmap.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.5–8 years of experience in real estate development, feasibility analysis, or PropTech-related roles.Strong understanding of Saudi zoning laws, licensing processes, and Vision 2030 development priorities.Experience managing multidisciplinary projects, budgets, and stakeholder communication.Familiarity with AI, GIS, or real-estate analytics tools is a strong plus.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Arabic required.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives and stock options.Opportunity to shape PropTech transformation in the Kingdom under Vision 2030.Access to global PropTech networks through NITDP, REGA, and Startup Wise Guys.Collaborative work culture with cross-functional AI and R&D support.Hybrid and flexible work arrangements within Saudi Arabia.
