You will have an exposure to enterprise scale, high volume and distributed architecture completely cloud native based on AWS.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Outlook queues / shared Inbox for small teamsDevelop core Inbox functionality – workflow distribution of message to the right Queue/Crew members based on defined attributes and service levelsDirect email to clients including vacation coverage and back-up logicQueue management within Dynamics including forms, views, etcEmail templates and content management capabilities for templates, inc. versioningIntegration with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, method (i.e. web service, Boomi, etc.) to be determined during design Microsoft portal capabilities to deliver messagesRequirements6+ years of development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM productsDevelopment experience in MS Dynamics CRM integrations with external systemsKnowledge of MS Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises and online) out of the box functionalityExperience with development of MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows and ActionsDevelopment experience with WCF and WebAPIGood knowledge of JavaScriptStrong knowledge of SOLIDGood understanding of Design PatternsKnowledge of unit testing conceptsExperience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOpsExperience in Agile practicesAdvanced level of spoken EnglishNice to haveExperience with Dynamics 365 on-premises/onlineKnowledge of .NET core; ASP.NET CoreDevelopment experience with ASP.NET MVCKnowledge of JS frameworks (AngularJS and/or Angular 2, React)Experience with MS Azure Services (App Service, Service Bus)Experience with Amazon Web ServicesExperience with TypeScriptWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
