Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible providing comprehensive wealth management services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and assets, providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance. Develop and implement personalised wealth management strategies, including investment planning and retirement planning. Provide ongoing monitoring and review of clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and market conditions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns. Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources and expertise in delivering holistic financial solutions to clients. Qualifications and Skills: Financial planning professional certifications (e. g. , CFP, EFA, DIPFA) are preferred. Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial situations and provide strategic recommendations.

Results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed client expectations. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
