In order to support their business, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and motivated candidates for the following position: Device Support Specialist📍Location: RemoteThis position is for a compassionate and motivated Specialist who wants to join a patient-focused team. In this hands-on role, the Specialist supports patients in their homes by teaching them how to use FDA-approved Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) medical devices. This role is not traditional home care; it focuses on educating and encouraging patients to use innovative cancer therapy devices.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on support and training to patients and caregivers on the use of our TTFields devices through in-home visits.Conduct ongoing follow-up visits to ensure patient comfort and device effectiveness.Regular visits to hospitals and communication with doctors to present the device and receive instructions on which patients should be recommended for its use.Perform device maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collect data during patient visits. Entering data into a CRM.Manage your schedule flexibly to meet patients’ needs.Collaborate with a patient-centered team that values empathy, compassion, and high-quality care.Candidate Profile:Previous experience in patient-facing roles such as nurse, medical assistant, occupational therapist, medical device support, home care, or clinical educator.Experience working with oncology patients is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree or diploma.Compassionate, self-motivated, and capable of effective time management.Willingness to travel up to 60% weeklyValid driver’s license and reside within the assigned territory.Skills:Compassion and empathy towards patientsStrong attention to detailTeam-oriented mentality with excellent collaboration skillsSelf-motivation and ability to work independently
