What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will facilitate the loan closing process by working with outside title companies to ensure the delivery of complete and accurate closing packages. You will help ensure a smooth and timely closing experience.
Additionally, you will complete the funding process after reviewing and approving all critical funding documents. Finally, you will collaborate with the Post-Closing team as needed to resolve any document issues during the loan boarding process for servicing.
RequirementsFive or more years of experience in the mortgage industry Two or more years of recent experience in closing loansA thorough understanding of the life of loan and processes outside of closingProficient in TRID and EncompassProficient in Microsoft Office Applications Strong written and verbal communications skills Conventional Loan Experience required, FHA/VA experience desired Affordable housing knowledge desired (Down Payment Assistance programs, etc. ) Ability to handle 30 closings per month. Knowledge of regulations related to Mortgage Industry Flexibility to work additional hours (overtime) during peak demand periods.
