This will significantly increase your chances of success We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead a major GitLab-to-GitHub migration and drive the modernization of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices across global teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape large-scale migration strategies, collaborate with talented DevOps engineers worldwide, and contribute to the evolution of a robust cloud-native infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale migrations from GitLab to GitHub. Design and implement end-to-end migration strategies. Collaborate with global DevOps teams, including offshore teams in India. Drive CI/CD modernization and DevSecOps best practices. Engage effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains. Experience & Expertise10+ years of experience in DevOps, including 5+ years in architecture roles. Deep expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps frameworks. Proficient in Python, Shell scripting, YAML, and Git. Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud-native deployments. Proven track record in leading complex migration and transformation projects.Preferred Skills And QualificationsStrong understanding of Active Directory and identity management practices. Proven experience managing large-scale repository and pipeline migrations. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and its application in CI/CD design and optimization. Understanding of enterprise environments such as Roche or similar large-scale organizations. Relevant certifications in GitHub, AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes. Additional InformationFluent in English (written and spoken). Previous experience working with offshore teams (India).
