DevOps Engineer - Arabic is a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of our systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU and MENA regions.What We ExpectCollaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and reliable operation of systems in both cloud and on-premises environments.Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning and configuration.Administer and support Kubernetes clusters, whether deployed in the cloud or on-premises.Build and maintain internal tools and pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and operations.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of live systems across different environments.Who We Are Looking ForFluency in English (written and spoken).Strong experience working in Linux-based environments.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.Proven troubleshooting and incident response skills.Hands-on experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, containerd) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Helm.Experience deploying and managing CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, and Vault.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible).Experience with monitoring tools, especially Prometheus and Grafana.Exposure to centralized logging platforms like the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).Nice to haveArabic language skills (not mandatory but would be a strong advantage).Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.Experience with shell scripting.Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.What We Can Offer YouA chance to be part of a company specialized in artificial intelligence.Flat organizational structure and an energetic team.Flexible/hybrid working style and option to work in Ankara or İstanbul office.Private health insurance, meal card, transportation allowance.Monthly budget for external activities with your colleagues.Incentive for graduate and postgraduate studies.Training opportunities for technical and personal development, and support for certificate programs related to the field.Birthday celebrations, parties, happy hours, and seasonal events.Breakfast and healthy snacks offered all day long in the office.At Sestek, we believe in the power of diversity, and inclusive organizational culture.
