You will play a key role in building, automating and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure across our global environments. This is a hands-on position where you will help shape the backbone of our platform and continuously improve its reliability, performance and developer experience. You will work in an agile, remote-friendly environment with a global team, contributing to enterprise-level systems, cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain secure and scalable AWS multi-account infrastructure.Manage and optimise Kubernetes (EKS) clusters including deployments, upgrades and observability.Design and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, following GitOps principles with ArgoCD.Support microservices deployed on ECS Fargate, EC2 and AWS Lambda.Implement and maintain service mesh functionality using Istio, including traffic management and mTLS.Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or AWS CDK.Monitor systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana, and set up distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry.Support incident response, operational troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Enforce infrastructure security and compliance across IAM, SSO, secrets management and GuardDuty.Collaborate with software engineering teams on deployment, release automation and environment design.Who You Are3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or Platform Engineer.Strong hands-on experience with AWS including VPC, Transit Gateway, IAM, S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda and CloudTrail.Proficient with Kubernetes (EKS), including Helm, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress and StatefulSets.Solid understanding of CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK for infrastructure automation.Skilled in monitoring, logging and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK and OpenTelemetry.Familiar with AWS security services such as GuardDuty and KMS.Understanding of SOC 2 aligned practices and infrastructure compliance.Strong troubleshooting ability with a focus on reliability, scalability and ownership.Bonus ExperienceExposure to Azure cloud environments or multi-cloud setups.Familiarity with MongoDB managed services.Experience integrating LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI or Google Gemini.Interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Bolt Insight?Bolt Insight is a maturing and ambitious startup.
