All engineers are expected to have strong communication skills and be hands-on.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Route53, Lambda).Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability.Configure and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).Maintain and secure containerized environments with Docker and ECS (or Kubernetes).Apply best security practices across infrastructure, networking, and deployment workflows.Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to ensure smooth releases and reliable operations.Manage backup, recovery, and incident response strategies.You should have:4+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles.Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, S3, Lambda, IAM).Expert knowledge of Docker, and experience managing containerized workloads.Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).Familiarity with Linux system administration, networking, and shell scripting.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments.Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.Bonus points:Experience with Kubernetes.Knowledge of Redis, NGINX, or CDN optimization.Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).English level B1 or higher.Interview ProcessApplication Review – We’ll evaluate your CV and portfolio.Intro Conversation – An introductory conversation about your experience and background.Technical Interview – A live session evaluating your technical approach, problem-solving, and execution.Offer – If you demonstrate the skills and mindset we’re looking for, we’ll extend an offer to join Complexity.All interviews are conducted via Google Meet.Location & HoursFully remote.Standard working hours: 9:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri).Compensation$1,500 – $3,500 USD/monthPerformance-based bonusesEquity eligibilityJoin us in building the future of commerce 🪐
