We are dedicated to developing innovative, AI-driven products that streamline processes and strengthen security, offering solutions like Cyber RT Privacy and Cyber RT Aware.Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to manage and optimize both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux systems, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations (especially AWS). You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security while collaborating with development and IT teams to streamline deployments and operations. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose; knowledge of Kubernetes or K3s is  a plus.Manage and secure on-prem infrastructure (Ubuntu, Nginx, PM2, TLS, VPN, backups, DR).Oversee AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch) for performance and cost efficiency.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform or Ansible and Bash scripting. Deploy and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki).Create and maintain incident responses and operational runbooks.Ensure security best practices, IAM least privilege, patching, secrets management, and image scanning (Trivy).Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, deployment, and release processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE. Strong proficiency with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Bash scripting.Proven experience with Docker in production environments.Hands-on experience managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.Understanding CI/CD pipelines using major tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Networking knowledge DNS, VPNs, TLS/SSL, load balancers, and reverse proxies.Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and system troubleshooting.Nice to Have:Experience with Terraform and Ansible.Exposure to Kubernetes or K3s cluster management.Knowledge of PostgreSQL database operations (backups, PITR, optimization).Familiarity with cost monitoring tools for AWS environments.Why Join Cyber RT?Collaborative and innovative work culture.Work with modern technologies across cloud and on-prem environments.Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options). Market-competitive compensation and benefits.Continuous learning and career growth opportunities. 📩 Interested?
