DevOps Engineer

Trafi’s solutions are trusted by major cities such as Berlin (Jelbi), Brussels (Floya), and UK (Breeze).We are seeking for DevOps Engineer to improve and expand our software infrastructure by ensuring scalability, security, and frictionless software delivery. In this role, you will apply problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to build a stable and flexible MaaS platform. You will support other R&D engineers, keep continuous delivery running smoothly, stay up to date with the latest development tools, and champion security best practices.This is a Hybrid role based in our Vilnius office, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office according to your preference. In this position, you will report to the Manager, R&D.Responsibilities:Work extensively with Amazon Web Services infrastructure (we use 30+ AWS services) and Google Cloud PlatformOwn our Infrastructure as Code codebase (Terraform by HashiCorp)Maintain Security best practices - virtual private clouds, networking, access configuration, etc.Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelinesKeep track of the newest cloud infrastructure developments and raise initiatives to adopt themGuide and collaborate with Trafi’s backend engineers - create shared tools, define best practices, investigate production issuesHelp maintain Trafi’s logging and monitoring tools Check out our tech stack here: Tech StackQualifications and Experience:Experience in AWS or other cloud infrastructureExperience setting up CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub actions or other tools2+ years of experience coding in an industry standard language (C#, Java, Python, Go, etc.)Willingness & feeling comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iteration with usersStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with backend technologiesFluent English We would also appreciate any of the following experience but do not stress if they do not apply:NetworkingInfrastructure scaling (load balancing, database scaling)Knowledge in software security topicsFamiliarity with Terraform languageBackend API development Salary:The salary range for this position is 4583 – 5415 EUR gross per month (55,000 – 65,000 EUR gross per year), with the possibility of a higher offer depending on the candidate's experience and competenciesWhat We offer:Work Your Way.
