DevOps Engineer

As a rapidly growing company with a vision for the future, we are committed to fostering a dynamic and collaborative workspace where creativity and technical excellence thrive.We are now looking for a skilled and talented DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable pipelines and automated procedures to support multiple mission-critical platforms in the defense and homeland security domains.Responsibilities:Design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks for mission-critical systemsDevelop and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processesAutomate Infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to enable rapid, repeatable deploymentsCreate custom scripts and automation procedures to streamline workflowsCollaborate effectively with engineers and operation staff to gather requirements, refine CI/CD pipelines and perform peer reviews on automation code and scriptsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of hands-on experience in System Administration and DevOps rolesDeep expertise in Linux server administration, including networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuningStrong grasp of system security principles and best practicesProven experience with cloud platforms like AWS or AzureProficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHubSolid scripting skills in Bash or PythonSharp problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative team environmentStrong command of EnglishNice to have:Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, RHCE, or similarExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack or DynatraceProficiency in German is a plusBenefitsAttractive salary package based on experience and qualificationsA modern workspace in Athens, with remote work flexibilityCareer development and growth opportunities through a structured Job Grade SystemContinuous learning opportunities, including personalized training seminars and access to cutting-edge technologiesA stable and enjoyable working environment within an international and highly skilled team
