With more than 400 expert consultants in the Customer Experience and Support Center, it provides 24/7 application support services to hundreds of organizations on 5 continents.We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join ourIncubation Hub Directorate, where we focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing modern cloud infrastructures onMicrosoft Azure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)Deploy and operate containerized applications on AKS, App Service and ACRImplement and monitor observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana)Ensure security and compliance across Azure resources and deployments (Azure Key Vault)Manage SQL databases, perform backup, restore, and replication operationsEnsure database availability, performance, and disaster recovery readinessTroubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system reliabilityCollaborate with development and AI teams to support LLM-based services and AI workloadsProactively research and propose improvements based on emerging DevOps and AI technologiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering within Azure environmentsStrong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Experience with database backup, restore, high availability, and performance tuningHands-on experience with Bash or Python or GoLang scriptingKnowledge of Azure Networking (VNet, NSG, Load Balancer)Proficiency in English and strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Microsoft Azure CertificationsExperience with cost optimization and monitoring toolsA mindset for innovation and willingness to explore emerging technologiesCuriosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies in the AI / LLM ecosystemFamiliarity with Azure AI servicesAwareness of Responsible AI principles and secure AI deployment practicesUnderstanding of GitOps methodologies in cloud-native environments
