This role involves coordinating release content and efforts based on service requests, third-party applications, and operating system updates. You will be responsible for communicating key project plans, managing relationships between different teams, and ensuring successful software releases.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage release schedules and cycles across multiple projects.- Coordinate release content and efforts based on service request backlogs and updates.- Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements and QA plans.- Manage relationships and coordinate work between teams at different locations.- Conduct Release Readiness, Milestone, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.- Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans.- Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists.- Develop scripts and automation tools for building, integrating, and deploying software releases.- Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures.- Continuously work towards improving the release process.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role managing software releases.- Solid understanding of project management principles.- Experience in systems analysis or development within an information systems operations environment.Competencies:- Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle.- Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards task completion.- Effective leadership and analytical skills.- Detailed knowledge of release management and change management principles.- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Join OSF Digital Iberia and be part of our journey to transform the digital landscape!
