About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in agile software engineering and containerization technologies. You will be instrumental in enhancing automation, extending CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining cluster infrastructure applications in Kubernetes-based environments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about infrastructure efficiency and security, with a hands-on approach to DevOps in on-premise setups.ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of applications and test setups from Linux-based Kubernetes to OpenShift (on-premise)Enhance application security using Service Mesh, Pod Admission Policies, Network Policies, and secure image whitelistingMaintain and improve monitoring and logging componentsOptimize alerting mechanisms and cluster resource usagePerform version updates and upgrades on infrastructure applicationsProvide technical support to solve incoming incidents which related to both technical and process flowSupport customers in migrating their projects to Kubernetes and OpenShiftCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth DevOps operationsSkills & Qualifications> 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes application developmentStrong expertise in Kubernetes (must-have); OpenShift experience is a plusHands-on experience with Helm charts, ArgoCD, GitOps, Jenkins, and AnsibleFamiliarity with Kubernetes edge and non-edge solutionsKnowledge of Kubernetes security features and best practicesFocus on on-premise Kubernetes environments (no cloud DevOps focus)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, distributed teams
