Deutsche Bank is looking for a DevOps Lead to join our technology team in Bucharest. The role involves designing and implementing the overall DevOps architecture for key projects, defining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, automated deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and define the DevOps architecture and delivery framework for assigned projects.Select and implement appropriate tools and platforms for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.Manage and optimize pipelines across the application lifecycle - build, test, release, and monitoring.Ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability in AWS and GCP environments.Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.Integrate security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps).Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the DevOps team.Key Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, npm).Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP.Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, ArgoCD, Grafana, SonarQube.Familiarity with SRE concepts: change management, incident management, production operations.Solid understanding of security fundamentals (certificates, keys, encryption, service accounts).Experience managing relational databases (Oracle) and exposure to distributed data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).Knowledge of microservices architecture (Spring Framework, API gateways, service meshes).Benefits:24 annual leave days + additional loyalty leave days starting with your 2nd year with usFree days for bank holidays falling on weekendsPremium VIP medical subscription with Regina MariaGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Flexible working arrangementsSponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life Insurance
