DevOps Manager

A leading company in application security, ensuring organizations worldwide can secure their application development from code to cloud.The role involves managing a team of 7 Senior DevOps engineers and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of application deployments in AWS/Kubernetes environments.The company is located in central Israel near the train line and offers a hybrid model with three work-from-home days per week.Requirements- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a teamExtensive knowledge and experience with AWS Cloud servicesExperience with infrastructure troubleshooting and observability tools – experience with ElasticSearch and Prometheus is a plusProven experience using automation tools such as IaC, Jenkins, CircleCI, JFrog, Terraform, or similarStrong experience in deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Kubernetes (K8s) environmentsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a team, demonstrate innovation and creativity, maintain a broad system perspective, and contribute to product design
