DevOps Team Leader – Defense Industry | North IsraelA leading defense company in the North is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Team Leader to join our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:✔ Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers✔ Plan, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes✔ Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement✔ Work closely with development, IT, and security teams✔ Manage both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructureRequirements:🔹 At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer🔹 Minimum 2 years of proven managerial/team leadership experience🔹 Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)🔹 Expertise in Docker & Kubernetes🔹 High proficiency in scripting (Python / Bash)🔹 Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)🔹 Strong understanding of networking & security concepts
