About the Company:An internationally recognized multi-asset brokerage firm is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Release Automation Engineer to join its growing technology team. The company provides advanced trading tools, platforms, and technology solutions to clients worldwide, with a strong focus on innovation, transparency, and operational excellence.Role Overview:The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for repeatable, secure, and automated deploymentsDevelop automated build, deployment, and post-deployment validation processes across multiple environmentsIntegrate monitoring and logging to improve visibility, reliability, and proactive alerts during releasesCollaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to align release processes with testing and scalability requirementsTroubleshoot release issues and implement rollback and recovery strategiesStreamline workflows for cost-efficiency and resource optimizationApply best practices in version control, artifact handling, and release managementSupport and maintain existing CI/CD infrastructure to ensure high performance and scalabilityMentor junior engineers on release automation and DevOps best practicesContinuously evaluate and introduce new tools or techniques to improve deployment processesRequirements:BSc or MSc in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release automationHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub ActionsProficiency in containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog)Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similarProficiency in Git and branching strategiesExperience applying security best practices in CI/CDStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to Have:Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with REST API integrationsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls)Experience with security scanning tools in CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack)Knowledge of microservices and distributed architecturesBenefits Include:Hybrid work model (2 days remote per week)22 days of annual leave (increasing up to 30 with tenure)Health & life insurance from day oneFriday afternoons off during July & AugustBirthday leaveGym membership (Larnaca)Referral bonusesPaid training and education time
