This role supports infrastructure automation, AI-driven optimization, and operational reliability to ensure secure, scalable, and innovative services for millions of customers.Support the design and implementation of secure, scalable environments for Vodafone e-money services, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency Assist in coordinating technical activities and contribute to automation and CI/CD improvements within the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and deliver reliable solutions aligned with business needs Analyze technical requirements and help develop cost-effective, resilient architectures to improve system performance and availability Explore new technologies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, to enhance DevOps workflows and drive continuous improvement in processes and products Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline1+ years of experience in Operations, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineeringBasic understanding of IT and FinTech infrastructure, technologies, and servicesBasic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and toolsFamiliarity with Agentic AI principles and their application in automation workflowsFamiliarity with regulatory processes and compliance requirements (e.g., BRSA, Central Bank of Turkey)Knowledge of high availability concepts and zero-downtime deployment practicesUnderstanding of Digital Finance services (e.g., Wallet, Payment Gateway, Credit Services)Experience with mobile application deployment, monitoring, and reportingAbility to measure and monitor capacity requirementsKnowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and IT Service Management (Scrum, Kanban)Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architectureBasic experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (OpenShiftExposure to version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Gitflow, Jenkins)Knowledge of scripting (Unix shell, Python)Understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)Awareness of security tools and best practicesGood problem-solving skills with a systematic and analytical approachStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesEagerness to learn, improve processes, and adapt to new technologiesGood command of English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveKnowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and performance analysisFamiliarity with logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Zabbix)Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka)Basic understanding of middleware systems (WebLogic, Nginx)Awareness of automation and testing tools (unit, stress, automated testing)Knowledge of CRM, DWH, Big Data, BPM, or document servicesNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
