Job Description

DevriX is hiring a Strategic Account Director for our portfolio of global retainer accounts, working with our core management team from our HQ based in Sofia. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in developing effective digital roadmaps across all GTM motions, maps opportunities to revenue goals, and works closely with RevOps and finance on developing comprehensive roadmaps for global B2B businesses. Your work will be a blend of consulting, digital enablement, roadmap development with our portfolio of clients, and close collaborations internally with C-suite leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

This is a fast-paced role in a demanding environment, not a typical 9-to-6 corporate job. You will lead the conversation on ICP alignment and refining USPs, TAM segmentation, channel strategy, full-funnel architecture and solution design, ensuring that every roadmap reflects today's B2B landscape and tomorrow's growth potential. You will oversee contracts with clients ranging from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies, unpack business problems and propose data-driven, actionable initiatives, define priorities, get buy-in, and coordinate internal execution. The position requires extreme ownership, balancing high-level strategy for recurring clients and continuous monitoring on the 360 digital landscape (effective vs.

underperforming channels, strategic deals in content syndication in the era of AI, nearbound partner playbook execution, innovative startups to adopt as early integration partners, and enterprise relationships to expand into in the process). Key GoalsLead discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops for enterprise clients through deeper understanding of economic forces and GTM motions, available market research tools, and our bespoke tooling developed internally. Identify gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies across processes (internal and partners), and propose data-based solutions for better measurable outcomes. Translate objectives into high-level delivery verticals:

service lines, parallel initiatives, required activations across partners and vendors, deliverables, KPIs, resourcing, and governance. Present to CRO/CMO/CPOs as needed, adapting to their core objectives, fears, doubts, translating proposed business objectives to how their role benefits from execution. Work closely with internal teams (development, project management, operations) to ensure clarity, alignment, and stellar execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships with multiple champions for each account, earning trust as a long-term strategic partner, not a replaceable vendor. Package insights, findings, and client strategy into frameworks, dashboards, and narrative decks to drive clarity and action.

Continuously explore cross-partner opportunities between different clients in our portfolio, collaborations at events and trade shows, and enterprise deals we can roll over the portfolio, incurring economies of scale and rapid execution. Role Requirements8+ years in account or product management, consulting, enterprise client services in a B2B SaaS, agency, or martech environment. Proven experience leading successful international accounts, including strategic planning, delivery oversight, and commercial expansion. Strong business acumen:

understand digital flywheels and growth loops, TAM calculations, GTM motions, current levers with asymmetric opportunities (such as agentic systems or Reddit engagement for GEO), clearly articulate proposals and map them to client goals. Balance independent work with effective collaboration and delegation: run planning workshops and roadmap planning individually, while coordinating available resources or new opportunities brought in-house. Clear and captivating communication in both English & Bulgarian: hold the room in executive-level conversations, discovery calls, and cross-department discussions. Experience guiding stakeholders through decision-making in ambiguous/evolving situations (recessions, layoffs, M&A processes).
