Detail key projectsArcher’s Integrated Approach Program (IAP) – Resiliency. Aim is to achieve compliance with OSFI E-21 and B-10 requirements to understand our resilience through centralized, connected risk data while also enabling better data management, governance, mapping and ingestion efforts, providing consistent data quality and completeness for better informed decision-making.
Typical Day in Role• Outline all daily duties, responsibilities, tasks, and accountabilities• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Engage with business clients to gather requirements, prepare presentations, and review project plans and status updates. • Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and project sponsors. • Support data migration, integration, and conversion processes. • Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams to support technical documentation. • Perform QA duties as needed based on availability and workload.
• Assist in project management activities including timeline tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively through written and verbal channels. • Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to improve platform functionality and user experience. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: • 5 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 on the Archer Platform. • Experience/familiar with QA testing - writing test cases, testing, documenting results. • Strong MS-EXCEL skills• Familiarity with Archer platform capabilities, features, and limitations. • Proficiency in data analysis and documentation tools. • Strong stakeholder management. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
