Contract Manager

Contracts Manager Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid Contract: 6 MonthsTypical Day in RoleOutline all daily duties, responsibilities, tasks, and accountabilities • Reviewing contracts to ensure ML contract language is included where necessary/or as needed • Managing an inbox – actioning requests coming in to review contracts. Assign the work. • Reviewing existing contract to ensure it has the IT clauses. • Assisting with amendments and/or SOW where necessary. • Assisting with organizing teamCandidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 8-10 years of experience as a IT Contract specialist2) Demonstrated experience with IT contract clauses required– reading, writing, and interrupting clauses – in an MSA, SOW, amendments and/or other contractual documents. 3) Experience with drafting / interpreting IT contracts/corporate contracts and/or have worked on contracts within a financial industry or insurance company. 4) General procurement, vendor management, third party risk knowledge is a requirement5) Organizational skills are a requirement6) Proficient with MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)Nice-To-Have Skills: - Contract negotiation- Legal backgroundEducation:
