Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and relationship-building skills to join our team full-time. In this role, you will work through business impacts, articulate requirements, define user acceptance testing needs, and support a variety of deliverables across the project life cycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, and deliver solutions that improve client and member outcomes. As part of the Admin Advantage team, you will support large corporate clients and coordinate efforts to provide best-in-class benefits administration and customer service.
Typical Day in RoleIdentify impacts of changes to clients and membersManage end-to-end reporting analysis and updates related to pre- and post-enrolment activitiesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve client issuesPrepare handover documentation and transition deliverables to Service Owners for sign-offContribute to enrolment-related project deliverablesShare knowledge and foster collaboration within the Admin Advantage and Service Owner teamsContinuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client serviceMust-Have Skills2–4 years of data analysis experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQLProven experience with the MS Office SuiteNice-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of group benefits and benefits administrationFamiliarity with benefits administration systems (e.
g. , Vital Objects)Knowledge of Admin Advantage tools and processesExperience with payroll/electronic file typesProficiency in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic programmingEducation A bachelor’s degree is an asset but not required. Proven skills, hands-on experience, and a strong performance track record will be prioritized.
