Job Description

We seek a Contracts Analyst colleague to join our world-class client, one of the world's biggest oil and gas companies. On-site work with flexibility (after the probation period, occasional home office can be requested)Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us - Dexian) - Temporary Agency Worker Employment ContractDuration: 1 year (with potential to be extended after 1 year)Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)Description: A Contracts Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of contracts across the company.

The Contracts Analyst coordinates / supports relevant stages of the applicable contract management process; ensures contract and task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract. This Contract Analyst role will be also responsible for developing and maintaining sufficient processes that will allow the team to manage their contracts efficiently and ensure compliance. Responsibilities: Administers all executed contracts / obligations / amendments in the relevant systems. Interprets contract language, terms and conditions into administrative. Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts (incl. DOAG) across organizations & regions as required. Monitors/supports contractual task execution (e. g.

maintaining dedicated repository, data collection, price review analysis, yearly indexation) as required. Supports contract owners / business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as required. Builds knowledge of business, tools and processes. Prepares / monitors external and internal reporting (e. g. commercial regulatory, contractual obligations, stewardship, P&B) as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in related field is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English required. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Knowledge of contracting, agreements, contract, task and document management is an advantage. Commitment to controls and detail orientated approach. Note: Employment is carried out through labor leasing, under a Temporary Agency Worker contract. Therefore, by the provisions of Government Decree 16/2010 (V. 13. ) on the authorization of the employment of third-country nationals in Hungary, we can only consider candidates who possess EU citizenship or Hungarian Permanent Residence Permit.
