We seek a Payment Solutions Analyst colleague to join our world-class client, one of the world's biggest oil and gas companies. On-site work with flexibility (after the probation period, occasional home office can be requested)Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us - Dexian) - Temporary Agency Worker Employment ContractDuration: 1 year (with high potential to be extended after 1 year)Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)Description: A Payment Solution Analyst is responsible for processing and reconciling payments and resolving payment discrepancies to ensure accurate financial transactions.
The role interacts with both internal departments and external parties to ensure the payment transactions are settled in an accurate and timely manner. The team is undertaking various improvement initiatives and seeking to automate (where possible) various processes. Candidates will need to embrace these philosophies and play a role in ensuring we collectively deliver operational improvements and efficiencies. Responsibilities: Flawlessly execute purchase invoicing and netting transactions within own portfolio. Responds to operational queries in a prompt and timely manner. Demonstrate personnel commitment to delivering outstanding operational performance by adhering to established operational metrics – timeliness, quality and customer satisfaction.
When required, provide support and training to the team in the delivery of their tasks. Interface with internal and external parties to ensure timely troubleshooting of vendor inquiries. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure that issues are resolved. Support the identification and implementation effort associated with driving improved efficiencies. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Understanding Account Payable payment processes. 1-3 years of experience in related field is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Note: Employment is carried out through labor leasing, under a Temporary Agency Worker contract.
