Chief Accountant | Location: Liepāja

Prepare financial reports, annual statements, and liaise with auditors. Structure and oversee internal financial processes; participate in automation and digitalization projects.

Consolidate group company data and cooperate with outsourced service providers and financial institutions. Advise the management board and contribute to sustainable decision-making. ✅Requirements: Higher education in finance or accounting (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or in a CFO-level role, preferably within a group of companies or in an international setting. Experience preparing financial statements, preferably including consolidation, IFRS, and working with auditors. Excellent command of Latvian and English (Russian is an advantage for communication with group companies outside Latvia). Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably HansaWorld, 1C, Namejs) and expert-level MS Excel skills.
