Job PurposeAdminister customer operations plans and processes to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain performance using multimodal transportation. Provide support to the sales team in alignment with business strategy, corporate guidelines, and policies. Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer logistics operations plans to ensure efficiency and service quality. Receive, update, and process customer orders in the system. Perform shipping, pricing, and invoice verifications. Generate and share reports with customers. Manage exceptions or issues raised by internal teams or directly by customers, and provide timely follow-up. Maintain accurate records in systems and databases related to inventory, orders, customer feedback, and delivery schedules.
Support the sales team with quotations, special deal requests, billing corrections, and historical account insights. Respond to customer inquiries and understand specific requirements. Coordinate with internal teams such as customer service, warehouse, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure quality and timely service. Identify upselling opportunities and provide solutions to recurring issues. Operate in compliance with internal processes and service standards. Suggest improvements in customer operations methods focused on effectiveness and efficiency. Profile RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Less than 2 years in a logistics, customer service, or operations environment.
