Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Chemical Engineering, etc. ). At least 2 years of experience in quality management or operations management. Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and GDP standards. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Advance level of EnglishResponsibilties: Ensure the implementation and auditing of the quality management system and standard operating procedures in the warehouses for which you are responsible. Report any non-conformities that arise during operational activities to the Quality Assurance Unit.
Guide the team to ensure the timely achievement of annual quality targets (monitoring of DÖF, document reviews, internal audits). Conduct daily checks of assigned tasks through the ETQ system to ensure timely completion. Meet the conditions outlined in customer contracts and work towards increasing customer satisfaction. Lead change management and ensure the tracking of these processes. Ensure the continuity of Quality and Food Safety systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.
