Role Overview: You will support the execution of brand marketing activities, especially on TikTok and other digital content platforms, to strengthen brand awareness and engage target healthcare audiences. SOWBrand Campaign Support: Assist in analyzing customer segments and propose content directions tailored to different target groups. Coordinate the execution of brand campaigns under the direction of the Brand Manager.
Digital Content Management: Support planning and managing content calendars for TikTok and other platforms. Assist in producing short-form content such as educational videos, product highlights, and expert interviews. Agency and KOL/KOC Coordination: Support agency collaboration for KOL/KOC booking and campaign implementation. Prepare briefs, monitor timelines, and assist with content approvals. Administrative & Coordination Tasks: Assist in handling paperwork, contract processes, and tracking campaign budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital content or healthcare marketing. Basic understanding of TikTok and short-form content trends.
