What You Need To Bring To This RoleAs the Singapore Spirits Lead, you will take full ownership of the spirits portfolio across Singapore. This includes leading our commercial strategy, managing key distributor partnerships, and driving execution excellence to deliver sales, market share, and profit targets.

Commercial Strategy & P&L OwnershipLead the development and execution of annual growth plans across all channelsManage the end-to-end commercial performance:

sales, depletions, pricing, and profitabilityEnsure trading terms and A&P investments are optimized for return and growthDistributor & Customer ManagementCultivate strong relationships with distributors and top-tier trade partnersDrive performance through joint business planning, regular reviews, and store-level executionEnsure distributor compliance with pricing, activation standards, and operational KPIsExecution & ActivationPartner with marketing and customer marketing teams to bring brand campaigns to life in tradeMonitor and improve availability, range, visibility, and activation across retail touchpointsElevate consumer engagement through effective trade programs and 365 EssentialsForecasting & Business AnalyticsLead accurate sales forecasting and depletion planning, ensuring supply-demand alignmentUse data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risksTeam & Capability BuildingCoach and develop distributor teams and internal commercial functions to raise execution capabilityDrive a performance culture and succession pipeline through engagement and development planningRequirements For The Role10+ years in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles within FMCG or alcohol - bevMinimum 3 years managing distributors and trade customers in a dynamic marketProven ability to lead joint business plans and deliver commercial resultsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder ecosystemsHigh level of analytical acumen, problem-solving, and planning rigorComfortable with ambiguity and entrepreneurialWorking with usFlexibility is key to success.
