Company DescriptionDIALEKT is an authentic Danish brand with local production — created in response to an industry that’s lost touch with its roots and now feels more like fast fashion. Founded in 2025, we design and manufacture furniture and homeware using natural materials, timeless forms, and a more sustainable approach to production. Every piece is made in Denmark, in close collaboration with local makers and emerging design talent. Our goal is simple: to build a modern design company that values craft, integrity, and independence over scale and hype.
DIALEKT is not just another brand — it’s a chance to do things differently: in how we design, how we produce, and the tone we speak in. Based in Copenhagen. Made in Denmark. Created for a global audience who care how things are made. Role DescriptionThis is a co-founder role in Brand & Marketing — not a job, but an opportunity to help build something from the ground up. You’ll help shape how the world sees and connects with DIALEKT.
From brand strategy and partnerships to content and campaigns, you’ll work across the full spectrum — sometimes defining direction, other times just making things work. There’s no rigid job description. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own role based on what you do best — and where you believe you can create the most value. We believe great work comes from autonomy, trust, and shared vision — not micromanagement or top-down planning. Some days will be strategic. Others will be hands-on. You should be comfortable with both. DIALEKT is based in Copenhagen. You don’t have to be.
QualificationsYou want to make a difference — not just fill a roleYou’re ambitious, creative, and comfortable figuring things out on your ownYou prefer freedom over structure, action over hierarchyYou think brand is more than visuals and voice — it’s behavior, values, and long-term consistencyYou’re equally at ease shaping vision and handling the detailsYou can lead — but don’t mind doing the work yourselfYou care how things are made, and how they’re communicatedBackground in design, culture, or content is a plus — but mindset and ambition matters more than your CVNext StepWe’re not hiring. We’re building.
