Company DescriptionDIALEKT is an authentic Danish brand with local production — created in response to an industry that’s lost touch with its roots and now feels more like fast fashion. Founded in 2025, we design and manufacture furniture and homeware using natural materials, timeless forms, and a more sustainable approach to production. Every piece is made in Denmark, in close collaboration with local makers and emerging design talent. Our goal is simple: to build a modern design company that values craft, integrity, and independence over scale and hype.

Role DescriptionThis is a co-founder role in Operations — not a job, but for someone who wants to build, optimise, and take ownership from day one. You’ll shape the backbone of DIALEKT: from production and logistics to systems, planning, and growth infrastructure.

You’ll help define how we scale while staying small — building processes that are lean, transparent, and grounded in our values. There’s no fixed map. You’ll have the freedom to define how you work and where you bring the most value. We’re not looking for someone to manage a playbook — we’re looking for someone to write it. Some days you’ll be negotiating with suppliers. Others, packing boxes. If you like jumping between strategy and execution — and care as much about how things run as how they look — you’ll fit right in.

We’re building something ambitious — not just in size, but in depth, quality, and impact. You should want the same. DIALEKT is based in Copenhagen. You don’t have to be.
