Qualifications:Strong mechanical and technical aptitude3 years of outdoor power equipment service experience required, 5 years preferredAbility to understand and provide for the customer's needsPositive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulnessOrganized and detail-oriented, ability to set priorities and meet deadlinesMust be able to lift up to 70 poundsExperience & Education:High school diploma requiredDemonstrated on-the-job experienceResponsibilities:Repair & maintain outdoor power equipment, including but not limited to: Hustler, Husqvarna, Spartan, Toro, Mahindra, Ventrac and related Outdoor Power and Turf EquipmentDiagnosing diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical problemsPerform repairs within the time parameters as established by flat rate time or billed time with proper diagnosisClearly explain diagnoses and repair of the machine in question to the customer's satisfaction (if called upon)Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality and work at a high level of independenceObserve all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properlyWork with integrity, always upholding company values and The PowerPro AdvantageWork Location: PowerPro Equipment in Lebanon, PACompany DescriptionFor over 50 years, PowerPro Equipment has been a trusted family-owned and operated dealership specializing in outdoor power and construction equipment.
