This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!As the B2B Product Manager – Fiji Hub, you’ll lead the development of innovative communication and collaboration tools for internal teams and B2B clients, while managing complex infrastructure across five Digicel markets. Your role bridges stakeholders, developers, and users, and involves system configuration, security solutions, technical support, and guiding the technical direction to meet evolving business needs. Core responsibilities: Product Management and DevelopmentDefine vision and roadmap for Unified Communications products aligned with strategic goals. Lead product design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Drive new product introductions and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Create technical documentation and support marketing and sales initiatives. Develop a user-friendly Managed Services and ICT product portfolio. Market Analysis and StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor technologies, and vendor developments. Provide strategic insights to support growth objectives. Analyze performance metrics to guide product decisions. Project Management and CoordinationOversee service development deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Mitigate technical risks and manage customer-driven product requirements. Coordinate beta testing and cross-functional collaboration. Support ITIL-compliant service delivery and risk management. Training and DocumentationDeliver product training and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Respond to technical inquiries and support commercial strategies. Communication and Relationship BuildingRepresent the company at industry events and conduct product demos. Maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement and InnovationPromote a culture of innovation and process improvement. Benchmark industry practices and track product performance KPIs. Gather feedback for ongoing optimization. Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications: CCNA, Cisco BroadWorks, ACFE, PMP/PRINCE2, TOTS, Cybersecurity. 10+ years in IT or Telecommunications.
Extensive experience in the telecommunications industry with hands-on deployment and management of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Broadsoft, 3CX, Voida, and Alcatel-Lucent systems. Broad technical expertise across ICT domains including Unified Communications, Contact Center Solutions, SD-WAN, and a wide range of cybersecurity technologies (e. g. , IAM, DLP, SOCaaS, MSS, Firewall management). Proven ability to lead complex ICT projects involving security architecture design, disaster recovery, threat intelligence, and compliance management. Strong background in market research, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , SQL, Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
