This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to define clear project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring the delivery of a user-centric, technology-enabled solution. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and measurable success criteria.
Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, including setting milestones and deliverables. Oversee project scope and budget, proactively managing risks and proposing alternative solutions when needed. Lead and motivate a global, cross-functional project team to maintain focus, engagement, and timely delivery of project outcomes. Ensure consistent and transparent communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with internal and external experts to identify and select the best technology solutions based on identified needs and use cases involving employees, people leaders, and candidates.
