As our footprint expands, we need a leader to take charge of our Singapore business. As a business director, your job will be to take charge of our Singapore based clients and help us grow in a sustainable manner. You will be responsible for bringing to life Avyan's value proposition of operating at the intersection of marketing and technology. This means a mix of agency type work involving campaigns across digital media, creative, social combined with project management on tech projects like CRM migration, Adobe implementation etc.Roles and responsibilitiesStrategic Thinking & Leadership: Understand the client’s business needs and translate them into insight based, actionable and measurable solutions.Client and Account management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving profitability and demonstrating digital leadership & expertise across brands.Project Management: Over-see projects and campaigns from planning to implementation by managing risks and budget ensuring timely delivery across all phases. Campaign Strategy & Execution: develop and execute campaigns and ensure alignment with client business goals and objectives. Creativity and Innovation: Drive insightful and tactical innovations across digital creative, media, Martech and data linking them to client goals. New Business: Lead new business pitches, RFI and RFP process in Singapore.Team management: Lead and mentor members of the team to be able to manage day-to-day tasks, elevate client satisfaction, and produce quality work for assigned clients and projects.What we would like to seeAt least 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and digital media within an agency environment.Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodology, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, managing complex processes and multiple workstreams.Proven experience in leading client campaigns while ensuring seamless collaboration along with adaptability and a keen focus on KPIs and data-driven insights.Comfortable working with clients across all levels and industries, from C-suite executives to day-to-day contacts.Good knowledge of different services within Digital Marketing (Paid media, Social, Content, SEO, Design, Web dev etc).
