Digital Account Director

FCB GNOMI is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and digitally savvy Digital Account Director to join its talented Client Service team and lead the development and implementation of innovative digital-first campaigns for major Greek and global clients.DIGITAL ACCOUNT DIRECTORKey responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns across platforms (social media, display, programmatic, performance, content marketing, influencers, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.)Day-to-day client management ensuring the smooth running of the account Develop and present integrated communications. Develop projects’ brief and work with the creative team to guide and inspire effective and innovative ideas that meet client objectivesSupervise the development of performance-driven digital activations and ensure delivery of measurable resultsMonitor campaign analytics, create insightful reports, and make optimization recommendationsManage and set expectations to ensure quality work on time, on brief and within budgetBuild strong, long-term client relationships and become a strategic partner regarding its brands’ communicationStay ahead of digital trends, platforms, technologies and tools, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their digital transformationQualifications needed:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant role within an agency environmentProven track record in managing and delivering successful digital campaigns (paid media, social, influencer, performance)Strong knowledge of media KPIs, digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and campaign reportingStrong written and oral communication skills in both Greek and EnglishExcellent presentation skills Efficiency at problem solving, ability to work with various teamsPositive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentThe company offers a competitive compensation & benefits package, great opportunities for professional development, with an exciting, fresh and collaborative work environment.Candidates are kindly asked to forward their CV to: hr@fcbgnomi.gr (ref. code DAD)
