Digital Account ExecutiveEngaging Partners is one of the leading HubSpot Solution Partners in the APAC region. In addition to the work we do to implement and support HubSpot for a wide range of customers, we have also developed global expertise and technology in eCommerce on HubSpot with our CommercePro App.We’re looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our team of business automation, digital design, and technical experts based in Ponsonby, Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing and, ideally, hands-on experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM or marketing automation platform.What we’re looking for, more than anything, is an ambitious person with the right background, who has the desire to learn quickly to excel in this area. In this role, we will take your experience to the next level. You will partner with our clients to deliver strategy, creative and technical solutions (on the HubSpot platform) that will transform their businesses.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop operations and programme strategies for your clients that may span marketing, sales, CRM or customer experience initiativesProduce campaigns and business processes in HubSpot for your clientsManage base platform set up and workflow configuration in HubSpotServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of client projectsContinuously up skill on the HubSpot platform functionality, integrations and methodologies to provide leadership for your clientsEnsure monthly agency financial targets and forecasts are met for the clients for which you are responsible and complete monthly invoicingClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare and analyse reports on programme performance, and recommend performance enhancement initiatives.RequirementsKnowledge of digital marketingDemonstrable ability to communicate and present information in a clear and succinctmannerSome technical experience or understanding of CRM and ecommerce software (e.g.Salesforce, Shopify or HubSpot)Client facing problem solvingAbility to juggle multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills
