Job Description

Responsibilities1. Client Service & CommunicationAct as the main contact point for clients in digital performance projects.Collect briefs, clarify objectives, and align expectations with clients.Manage day-to-day communication and maintain long-term client relationships.2. Campaign Management (Performance & Social)Coordinate with media team to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, E-Commerce.Manage social media activities including content scheduling, influencer/KOL activations, and campaign execution.Ensure campaign deliverables (ads, social content, reports) are delivered on time and meet quality standards.3. Project Coordination & ExecutionDevelop project timelines, track deliverables, and monitor budgets.Work closely with internal teams (media, content, design) and external partners (publishers, KOLs, vendors).Oversee campaign workflow from planning → execution → reporting.4. Reporting & OptimizationCollect campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present insights to clients.Collaborate with the media team to suggest optimization strategies based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, etc.).Benchmark competitors and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.5. Finance & Vendor ManagementSupport invoice issuance, payment tracking, and budget reconciliation.Liaise with finance and vendors to ensure timely payment and proper budget usage. Requirements and skills1-2 years of experience in digital performance marketing/account management.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, E-commerce, influencer/KOL marketing, and social campaigns.Excellent project management and client servicing skills.Data-driven mindset with ability to read & interpret performance metrics.Strong communication and presentation skills (English is a plus).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneo.
