It's for someone who wants to be a linchpin player in a results-driven team, helping clients and DAP grow in tandem.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client goals.Campaign Delivery: Coordinate internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Development, Analytics) to deliver on time and within scope.Performance Reporting: Present results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients regularly.Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.Budget Management: Oversee client budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet DAP's standards for quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, resolve client issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy within a digital agency or B2B environment.
