Job Description

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their digital presence. As Account Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.  Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this position are –  Lead and maintain relationship with primary clients (4-5 Key clients) as a point of content and build relationship with senior clients- aim to be a trusted advisor Ensure client expectations are being set and met and clearly defined Manage client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and beyond (also through client satisfaction scores, ensuring issues, and challenges are actively identified mitigated Manage & oversee commercial related to client in terms of timelines of invoicing / payment collections on behalf of nexlabs Oversee project management along with team to support to ensure completion of deliverables coordinate across creative, Media, Tech team and also proactively identify potential risks and issues Build strong relationship with leads across creative, media, finance & tech team to ensure smooth operations Interrogate work before client delivery (for key projects) to ensure it meets the brief and expectations Develop strategic relationships with key agency partners (vendors, media houses, PR/event etc ) Line manages through coaching direct report to support career growth and development - lead design and delivery of milestone presentations for key clients Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and progress Drive protective ideas/campaigns with anticipations in advance for organic growth Participates in new business pitches from time working with the new business team Be aware and acknowledge P&L of your team and brands  Desired Profile We are looking for applicants with the following profile: Proven work experience in digital and marketing industry Have a strong knowledge of Digital Strategy and an appropriate level of technical competence and ability In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms Experience with customer service and account management Be informed and able to discuss digital trends and current industry issues. Be aware of and able to articulate client's digital strategy Established presentation and writing skills. Ability to use digital planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills  Contact Us:Qualified candidates must submit CV / Portfolios and Required Documents with Cover Letter to: hr@nexlabs.co
