We are looking for a Digital Ads Executive to join our team.This role is key to our growth, focusing on managing our paid social campaigns, especially on Meta. You will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle—from planning and ads to execution and optimization.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and analyze paid digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) and conduct rigorous A/B testing.Plan and conceptualize engaging ad creatives (both image and video).Research and test new ad platforms, formats, and strategies to drive continuous improvement.Generate regular performance reports, providing scannable summaries and actionable insights.✅ Must-Have QualificationsProven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, specifically with Meta Ads.A strong creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and conceptualize compelling ad content.A proactive and enthusiastic learner, eager to master new trends, platforms, and technologies and apply them quickly.Strong analytical skills; you enjoy digging into data to identify problems, find solutions, and drive results.🌟 Nice-to-Have Qualifications (Bonus Points)Experience working as a Performance Marketer at a digital advertising agency.Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).Experience running ad campaigns on other social platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, e-commerce).Proficiency with data analysis tools like Google Analytics (GA4).Send your resume and portfolio.
