Digital Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

We are building a high-performance trading environment designed for serious traders. As we expand internationally, we are looking for a Digital Ads Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple markets. This is a hands-on execution role focused on performance and measurable growth.Your RoleYou will work closely with the growth and marketing team to: • Launch and manage paid campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) • Google Ads • TikTok • Optimize targeting, budgets and creatives for performance • Structure acquisition funnels (cold traffic → retargeting → conversion) • Monitor daily KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, deposit conversion) • Implement tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, conversion events) • Run A/B tests on creatives and audiences • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and conversion ratesThis is an execution-focused role for someone comfortable working directly inside ad platforms and optimizing campaigns.Profile We’re Looking For • 2–4 years experience in digital paid advertising • Solid experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data • Understanding of conversion funnels and basic CRO principles • Experience setting up tracking and campaign reporting • Organized, proactive and performance-driven • Good English requiredPlus (Not Mandatory) • Experience in fintech, crypto or financial services • Experience running international campaigns • Understanding of compliance restrictions in financial advertising • Familiarity with lookalike audiences and retargeting strategiesWhat You’ll Gain • Direct impact on user acquisition • Exposure to international markets • Performance-based growth opportunities • Fast-moving fintech environmentCompensationSalary aligned with experience and market standards.Performance-based bonus structure linked to measurable KPIs.
