Job BriefJakarta, IndonesiaProgram BackgroundThe Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase 3 (AIPJ3) is a five-year, A$63 million investment by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to work in partnership with the Government of Indonesia (GOI) to support advancement of its priority law and justice reforms. Building on previous phases, AIPJ3 will support partners to deliver activities against agreed policy priorities, while maintaining flexibility to respond to emerging needs and opportunities. This role will work closely with Strategic Communications Manager, Public Diplomacy Officer, MIS, and MEL team to ensure that the program’s identity and visibility are achieved through well planned digital media format and effective platforms. This position will also track emerging trends and analyze results to improve performance as well as user experience.The Digital Analytics Officer will be responsible for managing selected digital communications activities with civil society partners and government stakeholders. This role will contribute to strengthening AIPJ3’s visibility and supporting a culture of collaboration and locally led development.Click on the link or copy paste it to access the full Terms of Reference for this position:( https://tinyurl.com/27vkw3yr )About YouEssential Experience and KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Digital Communications, Arts, Creative Media or relevant education background. Minimum of four years of experience in digital/social media management, with strong understanding of analytics tools and their applications to increase programs’ or organisation’s visibility and reputation. Ability to provide clear analysis of data sets including sentiment and risk analysis Up to date with latest digital trends and developments including AI.Familiarity with target audience metrics and digital testing techniques. Strong writing and copy-editing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. Efficient time management and priority setting skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reports. DesirableExperience working with DFAT and the Government of Indonesia. Experience with digital accessibility principles and elements.
